REGISTRATION POLICY

Your Registration will be confirmed once full payment has been received. By registering for this program you are contracting with Todd Simon Hockey to pay for the ENTIRE program prior to the start of the first session, whether your child attends or not. ANY "NO SHOWS" WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER FOR FUTURE PROGRAMS UNTIL PRIOR REGISTRATION IS PAID IN FULL.

Release of Liability/Acknowledgement of Risk:

It is agreed that Todd Simon and any other instructors are released from any and all claims from damage that may arise from an accident or injury which was caused by or arose from participation of the applicant hereon during the program in any location where the program is held.
